TROUBLE SLEEPING

Those idiot hamsters in my brain have been keeping me up again with their incessant gnawing and scavenging for buried thoughts. Saturday night I was wide awake until about 4:00 a.m. And today I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and I have been up since. I was so desperate I almost took a frying pan to my head.

I hope your neuro-tranmitters are all tuckered out and your sleeping like a baby tonight.I have the opposite problem lately. I'm looking at modifying my alarm clock to sound like a smoke alarm and put out little puffs of burning building smoke. That ought to get the adrenalin flowing. Save on coffee to.mj

Thanks. I slept better than a baby. I slept like a ground squirrel. True hibernation, baby! That sleep was so deep, my heart almost came to rest.

That's funny, because stayed awake searching for buried thoughts last night too. At 4am, I finally found one!

Was it the one you were looking for or was it some other random thought you weren't expecting to find?
